Our Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. This is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
How to Return an Item
Contact Us
Get in touch via email at [email protected] or call 0330 123 4567 to request a returns authorisation number (RMA). Please have your order number ready.
Pack Your Item
Place the item in its original packaging along with all accessories and documentation. Include your RMA number on the outside of the parcel.
Post It Back
Send the parcel to our returns address using a tracked delivery service. We recommend keeping your proof of postage until the return is confirmed.
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- ▶Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition
- ▶Items must be returned in their original packaging with all labels and tags attached
- ▶Electrical items must have their seals intact
- ▶Items that have been fitted to a vehicle cannot be returned unless faulty
- ▶Bespoke or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless defective
- ▶Fluids, oils, and chemicals cannot be returned once opened
Refund Timeline
Please note: refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. PayPal refunds are typically faster than card refunds.
