1. General
These terms and conditions govern your use of the Number1Automotive website (number1automotive.co.uk) and any purchases made through it. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. Number1Automotive Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; the latest version will always be available on this page.
2. Orders & Pricing
All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT unless otherwise stated. We make every effort to ensure pricing is accurate; however, errors may occasionally occur. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing the order. An order constitutes an offer to purchase and is not binding until we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
3. Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Klarna. Payment is taken at the time of order. All transactions are processed using industry-standard SSL encryption. If paying via Klarna, their own terms and conditions apply in addition to ours. We are not responsible for any charges imposed by your bank or payment provider.
4. Delivery
We offer standard, express, and Saturday delivery options. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, adverse weather, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Risk of loss and damage passes to you upon delivery. 5. Returns
You may return most items within 30 days of receipt for a refund, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Certain items, including bespoke products and opened fluids, are excluded from our returns policy. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. 6. Warranty
All products carry a minimum 12-month manufacturer warranty unless stated otherwise on the product page. Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover damage caused by incorrect fitment, misuse, or normal wear and tear. To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team with your order number and a description of the fault.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Number1Automotive Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
